About Heidi
Heidi’s passion is the overall “client experience” in any type of work she does. With a unique background that combines sales and hospitality. She appreciates Wild Dunes where her love of customer service can thrive.
As the Director of Memberships for Wild Dunes, she manages weekly and annual events for the 1000+ club members. Additionally her background in sales allows her to bring new members into The Club. In her spare time, she attempts to keep up with a notoriously inquisitive 8 year old.
In addition to her role running The Club, Heidi consults on event planning and concierge-style recommendation for visitors to Charleston, Isle of Palms, and Mt. Pleasant.
In her past life, Heid worked as a VP of Sales within the media industry for over 18 years. She was recognized multiple times for her sales leadership, with a focus on customer relationships and retention.
